THE CROOKED HOUSE (SOPOT, POLAND)
The Crooked House is situated in Sopot, in Bohaterow Monte Cassino Street. The architect of this crazy bulding is Polish Szotynscy Zaleski, which is founded on the sketches of Jan Marcin Szancer. The roof is covered by plantes with tiles of colored enamel with green and blue tones. The bulding is tall 4000 square metres and inside there are pub and resturants. It is one of the most famous points of reference of Sopot.
Iacoviello Sara Pia
The Crooked house was built in 2003 and is become the most photographed structure in this country. The home features threee stories and it is built with sourranding buindings in mind to give it the feel as though it belongs in the area but perhaps sagged out of exhaustion. For giving the idea of illusion we can see the courful glass windows. the roof is meant to mimic how a dragon's scales may look.
today it is called only the House, and it is a tourists atraccation thanks by lots of restaurants, bars and shops. If you are interested in this architecture of this house and would like to do it your tourist destinations then you will be thrilled by the rest od Sopot as well. Sopot has a very storied past.
